Shipping Cost
  • Based on package weight.
  • Free shipping for orders over SEK 750 (within Sweden) and EUR 135/USD 150 (EU/US). Please be aware that due to currency exchange, the minimum order limit may fluctuate.

Customs/Taxes

We do not cover any customs or import taxes.

Within EU:There is no Customs fees within the EU.

If you live outside of EU, Check your country's customs info before purchasing.

We are not covering any customs/taxes related expenses. If one of our team members communicates with you, and give you the wrong information, you are still responsible for double checking. We can expect our small team to be responsible for knowing all countries customs situations.

Return Policy
  • Contact customer service with order number and return details.
  • Within EU: 14-day right of withdrawal from product receipt. Product must be unopened and unused. Customer covers return shipping and product condition.
  • Outside EU: Unfortunately, We are unable to accept returns from customers outside of the EU.
Cancellations

Contact us immediately. If processed, changes can't be made . Returns are possible upon receipt.

Unexpected Cancellation

Due to fraud prevention, some orders may be auto-canceled. Contact us if your order has been canceled and you want a manual review.

Uncollected orders

Contact customer service. Costs for uncollected or incorrectly addressed orders are on the customer.

Inspect upon received

Check package integrity upon receipt. Document any damages.

Damaged Orders

Damaged Orders: Photograph damaged product and packaging - the shipping label has to be seen in the pictures. Always keep the freight boxes until we have processed your claim. Send everything to our customer support team and they will gladly help you.

Tracking Issues
  • If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, wait 24 hours then contact us.
  • For home deliveries marked as delivered, we don't cover losses. Report suspected theft to the carrier and police.

Order Changes

Contact us immediately. Changes can't be made once packed.

Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

  • Consignment Note 1st Class (Mailbox or Door)

    • We offer delivery with Early Bird or Postnord.
    • Delivery time: 1-2 business days after order distribution*. If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox, it may be delivered to your door or in a bag outside the mailbox. You'll be notified upon delivery. For tracking and notifications, download the Postnord app.
    • We don't take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by PostNord.
    • *Delivery may take longer in some areas.
  • Pick Up Parcel - DHL

    • We offer delivery to DHL pick-up points.
    • Delivery time: 1-2 business days after order distribution*.
    • You'll be notified via SMS/email when your package is ready for pick-up.
    • Unclaimed packages are returned to us. Customers will be charged for shipping costs and a return fee.
    • *Delivery may take longer in some areas.
  • Distribution Time

    • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, but it may take up to 5 business days during high order volumes. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day. If there are significant delays, we'll notify you via email.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery for domestic orders is 2-5 business days.
  • Shipment Confirmation

    • You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Unclaimed Packages

International Shipping

    • We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day. If there are significant delays, we'll notify you via email.
    • We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the freight company. We recommend choosing delivery to an access point for security reasons. If you suspect theft, report it to the shipping company and the police.
    • For UPS home delivery, you can set options through UPS My Choice.
